Our policy on refunds, cancellations and project changes.
Last updated: July 2026
This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds apply to services provided by Zerothcode IT Solution Pvt Ltd (India) and Zerothcode IT Solution Ltd (United Kingdom) - together "Zerothcode". It should be read alongside our Terms of Service. Refund eligibility depends on the engagement model agreed in your proposal or statement of work.
We aim to scope every project accurately upfront and communicate clearly throughout delivery so refund requests are rare. Where a refund is appropriate, we assess it based on how much work has been completed and what has already been delivered or spent on your behalf.
Hourly and retainer engagements are billed for time and work actually performed. Hours already worked and invoiced are non-refundable. Any unused, pre-paid hours in a retainer block that have not yet been drawn down at the time of cancellation are refundable on request.
Dedicated team engagements are billed periodically (typically monthly) for the team's time. The current billing period, once started, is non-refundable. You may cancel future periods at any time in line with the notice period stated in your agreement, with no further charges beyond that notice period.
Regardless of engagement type, the following are not eligible for a refund:
To request a refund, email info@zerothcode.com with your project name, invoice number and the reason for your request. We will review your request against the applicable section above and respond within 5 business days with our assessment and, where applicable, the refundable amount.
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval, using the original payment method wherever possible. Bank transfer fees or currency conversion charges, if any, may be deducted from the refunded amount.
If you disagree with a refund decision, you may request a further review by replying to our response with additional detail. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be handled in accordance with the governing law and jurisdiction set out in our Terms of Service.
